Returns

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns of chocolate products once they have been delivered.

We may make exceptions if:

  • The product arrives damaged during transit.
  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The product is defective or unsuitable for consumption upon arrival.
  • The order is incomplete due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

After review, we may offer:

  • Store credit

Refund Eligibility

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided production or shipment has not yet begun.

Once an order has been prepared or shipped, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

While we work with trusted delivery partners, ChoClarity is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

If a shipping delay affects product quality, please contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing
